While this wasn't the outcome we hoped for, I am incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement, and trust so many of you placed in our campaign.
To everyone who volunteered, displayed a yard sign, attended an event, shared our message, or cast a vote—thank you. This campaign was built by people who care deeply about our community and its future.
The people have spoken, and I respect their decision. I leave this campaign with new friendships, valuable experiences, and an even greater appreciation for the Fourth District and the people who call it home.
